If you have XP Service Pack 2 on your computer, you will need to "allow blocked content" to see the glass images on the web page which linked you to this page.

To do this, you will need to "click" on the browser security information bar and scroll down to the option "Allow Blocked Content..." and then click that option. See image below:

Next, you will need to click on the yes button when prompted by the message below.
